Team Members

Wade Aaron

Wade Aaron

Wade gave his life to Jesus when he was 17 years old. Shortly afterwards, he felt a call to ministry, and a call to the education field with the intention to teach Mathematics. In 2011, Wade graduated with a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies from Dallas Baptist University. He taught Math for 3 years in North Dallas. As he was teaching at a public school, Wade was publicly praying for the students and teachers. God was moving powerfully in the school. During 2012 – 2013, Wade and Hannah were training and leading evangelism teams to downtown Dallas from their church, Upperroom. Wade and Hannah married in 2014. After teaching, Wade began working for Time to Revive in 2016. TTR is an organization that focuses on unifying The Church in America, by practically equipping and sending out teams to share the Gospel into their communities. As Wade worked for TTR, he started to sense a shift to start his own ministry. Then after a couple of friends having dreams and a couple of confirming prophetic words of Wade leaving TTR and starting his own ministry, Wade started Christ’s Reward in August, 2021.

Hannah Aaron

Hannah Aaron

Hannah gave her life to Jesus when she was 17 years old. After having her work travel in a year-long exhibition, she knew God had given her a gift. Hannah studied at Hardin-Simmons in 2008-2009, before studying at the University of North Texas. Wanting to focus on identity, she took a break from school and started attending Upperroom Church, in 2011. At this time, she started a painting business, worked at a coffee shop, and led outreach teams with Wade. A year after Wade and Hannah married, Hannah felt prompted to finish her degree. In 2017, she graduated from the University of North Texas with her BFA in Drawing and Painting. In 2020, Hannah graduated from the University of North Texas with her MFA in Drawing and Painting. Currently, she teaches painting classes at the University of North Texas and Lifestyle Christianity University. In addition to teaching, Hannah exhibits her paintings in galleries and paints prophetically at Christian conferences.

Core Values & Vision

Equip9go9Disciple

Equip/Train

We train those in the body of Christ to do the work of evangelism. It doesn’t matter if you are a teacher, stay at home mom, student, business owner or any other occupation, Christ’s Reward would like to equip your church or small group. We do this by giving you practical tools to reach others in your circle of influence with the Gospel.

(Ephesians 4:11-12, Acts 16:14- 15, Acts 17:17)

Go/Mission

As Jesus sent out the disciples into the world to preach the Gospel so we obey His command. We take short mission trip teams across the United States and beyond. These mission trips are called “by faith” trips. We also reach people with the Gospel locally in Dallas, TX. As we go, the lost are being reached and those on our team are being equipped to live by faith and boldness in their own lives.

(Luke 10:1-3, John 20:21, Luke 9:1, Romans 10:15, Mark 16:15-20)

Discipleship

Discipleship is for people that are newly saved and those that have been born again for several years. We believe that the times of connection over a meal, coffee and the Word are important for the growth of people that we encounter in the streets and those on our team. Those that are being discipled are challenged and motivated to reach the lost and to equip others in evangelism. Most importantly they are becoming more like Jesus.

(Matthew 28:19-20, 2 Timothy 2:2, Luke 14:25-27)
